💕Hand Warmers are back💕

A little bit of warmth for the hands, a whole lot of heart behind them.

Our hand warmers are handmade from pure merino wool in Nepal, crafted by talented women artisans whose traditional handiwork creates both beautiful things and meaningful livelihoods.

Soft, warm and wonderfully tactile, each pair is a little different..from the stitches and textures to those tiny handmade details that remind you that an actual person made this.

Slip them on for chilly morning walks, market saunters, campfire hangs or just because your hands are always cold… TRUST. We get it!

We met Ana & Felix wandering through the art district of Barranco, Lima, where their work immediately caught our eye for its quiet, sculptural beauty.

The Everyday Brass Collection is wearable art in its most understated form..organic, tactile, and made to become part of your everyday.

Each piece is crafted from pure brass, with softly undulating forms inspired by the natural world. And then, with time, something beautiful happens: the brass warms and develops a unique patina with your skin, your body heat, and your everyday wear.

🖤We got tired of the itty bitty nubs 😇🖤

You know the ones..those tiny little bumps in soap dishes that collect every bit of soap scum and somehow make the dish impossible to clean?

So we designed our own.

Betzy & Miguel hand-shaped these soap dishes from clay in Santa María Atzompa, Oaxaca, and we worked with them to create bigger, easy-to-clean nubs that keep your soap lifted and your dish actually clean.

Because beautiful is nice.
Beautiful + functional is better.

We use ours by the sink.
And in the shower.
And honestly, we think they make a pretty good little home for your shampoo bar, too.

Today we are spilling the tea on how Elk Island Retreat was able to create a bohemian, cozy space inside the Wood’s Cabin ☕️

The Wood’s Cabin is a peaceful couple’s haven built as a beautiful tribute to Elder Jerry & Gisele Wood’s legacy. Because of that history, the energy in here is unmatched, and every single decor choice is deeply intentional. (And of course, handmade!)

Basically, as you can see, your scandi-boho dreams are officially realized in the Berta woods.

Today we want to introduce a different side of OMAM. A side that has not been talked about enough before.

We believe in how the space can foster a sense of community, and how much the decor side of things actually adds to the memory.

Maybe you haven’t noticed, but we don’t just have an online store or a pop-up. We actually provide a lot of pottery pieces, such as shot glasses, when you are toasting at Elk Island Retreat. And many more… (Tapestry, napkin rings, handmade macrame, … Literally anything you could think of and you could see. It comes from a mindset to introduce the beautiful souls from all over the world that made the pieces and to show that we still care about craftsmanship and the handmade till this day. And of course, we also love making the famous Charcuterie boards (iykyk).

EVERYONE on the team, including our wonderful artisans, is so dedicated and genuinely passionate in what they do and what they believe in: creating a more intimate, special moment for you.

So, next time when you are visiting Elk Island Retreat or just Elk National Park, remember to check out the magic behind the magic. And we do have some pieces at Meraki Emporium for you when you are wondering on whyte. Don’t miss out! ❤️

Handcrafted by Betzy + Miguel in Santa María Atzompa, these rooted clay vessels were made for the little rituals.. slow mornings, mezcal nights, kitchen chats, and “just one more sip” moments.

Equal parts earthy, soulful, and slightly dramatic… kinda like the best relationships.

Made to be held, passed around, and accidentally claimed as “my cup” forever 😉🤎
