The culprit who put the sign has owned up to his deed. Now we just need the people who took the pumpkins to own up to it and it will be all ice cream and pumpkin pie!

To the individuals who decided to take some of our pumpkin decorations and then place a FREE sign on the remaining ones, we have some news for you!
We have security cameras, both inside and outside our business, and your actions were captured on video.
We have spoken with the authorities regarding this incident and have been advised that your actions could result in multiple charges.
Now, here's the thing. We would much rather see this resolved respectfully than have to take things any further.
At the VERY LEAST, we expect you to come forward, acknowledge what you've done, and offer a sincere apology. Replacing the decorations you took would certainly go a long way toward making things right.
We are prepared to give you the opportunity to do just that before pursuing the charges that have been recommended to us.
HOWEVER, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS:
If you choose to ignore the situation and make no effort whatsoever to take responsibility for your actions, we are prepared to take further steps, including pursuing formal charges.
We are also considering publicly sharing the security footage and still images, subject to any applicable legal restrictions.
We work hard to make our business a welcoming, enjoyable place for everyone. It's incredibly disappointing when someone decides that our property is theirs to take or give away.
You know who you are. We know what happened. The opportunity to make this right is now in your hands.
We would much rather receive an apology than have this situation escalate. The choice is yours.
