We removed this basement oasis, and separated the laundry room to create this little 3pc bathroom last year. Jacked up some floors, glued together some pipes, and slopped on some paint. Comprised of home depot fixtures, this is not exactly our MO but was quick, efficient, and looks sharp! #519 #226

Latest Kitchen / Laundry Reno. I’ve done a lot of work in this house over the years, but she’s running out of house for me. White oak kitchen with flat stock crown, turned out real sharp! #519 #226

It has been my pleasure to serve the community these past 15 years.

I am honoured that humans continue to entrust their projects in me.

This past year we made the long overdue decision to incorporate. We also laid the groundwork to ensure the company will continue to prosper in the future.

While I continue to shift the primary focus of the business, I will continue to service my base clientele, and referral’s of the utmost quality.

Here’s to the next 15

Two tone maple kitchen we did last year. We did a full overhaul of this house 7 years ago, which included removing the load bearing wall at the kitchen. The kitchen remained a bit of an eye soar during that time period, but now this masterpiece is on full display. #519 #226

Fresh kitchen renovation! We completed a much needed facelift on the main floor a year prior, but the kitchen remained waiting for its time to shine! Another pair of top tier humans to work for!

Framed out a quick little porch cover. The homeowner was excited about participating in morning coffee here, and I heard through the grapevine that it did not disappoint! We added a pair of skylights to maintain that natural light into the kitchen, and mark crushed the aluminum finish. #519 #226

Next year I’ll do my deck I said…. After a decade of repeating that, and watching the old deck leak, and rot away; I came to the realization next year never comes.

I always said I was going to do IPE decking, but being a struggling contractor I opted for regular run of the mill PT. Maybe on my next house.

I wish I had made it larger, but it’s just the two of us, and we share a disdain for human life at our house 😆

At the end of the day I thoroughly enjoy it, and my dad and one aunt think I did a great job

This project was definitely the most difficult thing I have ever built. The sheer size of it alone was a challenge; but a cool, and unique project that I’m glad to have been granted the opportunity to build. It had its hiccups, and delays but I think it turned out in the end.

Nice little kitchen that we did earlier this year. We had to stick a big piece of metal in the ceiling in order to craft this beauty. There were a few changes since these photos were taken; most notably a shiny new fridge. Another stellar pair of humans to work for. #519 #226

I got this gem wrapped up today. Just a little bathroom, but a huge improvement with significant storage upgrades! This is probably the smallest bathroom I have ever done, which complicated things quite a bit in terms of allowances, and having trades working simultaneously. All in all went smooth, and I’ll work for these humans any day of the week. #519 #226
