Elevate your pasta night with bold Mediterranean flavours! 🌿🍝 Just two simple seasonings - Oh! So Garlic and Mediterranean Greek Seasoning Blend - are all it takes to transform your penne into a dish bursting with deliciousness. Try our Mediterranean Penne Pasta for a fresh, vibrant meal that’s perfect for any night of the week.

MEDITERRANEAN PENNE PASTA 🌿🍝
6 small or 2 medium-sized Italian sausages
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small white or yellow onion, diced
1 small red pepper, julienned or diced
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
1 jar (550 mL) pasta sauce
Black pepper (to taste)
2 Tbsp. capers, drained (optional)
½ cup sliced black olives or
8-10 whole pitted olives (optional)
1 Tbsp. Mediterranean Greek Seasoning Blend
3 cups uncooked Penne pasta (or you can sub with spaghetti)
Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausages until browned and cooked through. When sausages are cooled, slice into 1/2" pieces; set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil, then add onion, red pepper and Oh! So Garlic; cook until onion is translucent and pepper is al dente. When onion and pepper are cooked, add pasta sauce, black pepper, capers, olives and Mediterranean Greek Seasoning Blend; simmer on low. While sauce is simmering cook pasta according to package directions. When pasta is cooked, drain and toss with sauce. Place in a serving bowl or individual pasta dishes and top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

1 ripe avocado, crushed
1 Tbsp. Guacamole Seasoning Mix
Juice of ½ lime or lemon
In a bowl, mash the avocado until smooth or slightly chunky. Add Guacamole Seasoning Mix and fresh lime or lemon juice. Mix well until evenly combined. Enhance with diced tomatoes and onions if desired. For a creamier version, stir in sour cream or Greek yogurt. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or use as a topping for tacos, wraps or salads.

🧑‍🍳 SLOW COOKER PULLED PORK
5 lbs. (2.22kg) pork shoulder, pork butt or pork loin
1 cup ketchup
½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup water
4 Tbsp. BBQ Pulled Pork Blend
In a slow cooker, whisk apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, water and BBQ Pulled Pork Blend. Add pork shoulder (or pork butt/pork loin) and turn to coat. Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours, until it shreds easily. Shred with two forks, then stir back into the sauce. This recipe can also be prepared in a large pot or roaster and baked in the oven at 275°F for 5 hours (leftover can be frozen). Serve on burger buns and top with coleslaw.

🧑‍🍳 KALE CHIPS
1 bunch curly leaf kale, washed and thoroughly dried
1 Tbsp. Garlic Pepper with a Twist of Lemon
1 Tbsp. oil
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut out the tough middle stem from kale; tear or cut leaves into 2-inch pieces. Toss kale with oil in a large bowl. Use your fingers to coat each leaf with the oil. Lay the kale on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle with Garlic Pepper with a Twist of Lemon. Bake for about 20 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time. Check the chips before the bake time is over, as some will be ready before others. Serve fresh from the oven.

1 ½ lbs. (.680 kg) chopped, cooked chicken
1 can (567 g) pineapple tidbits
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup chopped pecans
1 packet Tropical Chicken Salad Mix
8 large prebaked crescent rolls
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except crescent rolls. Stir until well blended. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Spoon equal portions of chicken salad onto prebaked crescent rolls and serve.
