Wow finally ……Done sorting the 181 rolls that just arrived late last week

Birdsall did have to increase their prices - as of Jan 1, 2025
We’ll only increase what we’ve restocked

Also shimmers will be more than classic lace - that will soon be showing up as well as rolls are received in at the new price

Here are a couple new colours and some comparisons I’ve been asked to show
New ….. Silver Blue Cobalt Shimmer has a bit of a different look than Cobalt shimmer
We are distinguishing it from each other
We have some of both
The Silver Blue Cobalt Shimmer is a limited colour and when it’s gone it’s gone .
Slightly lighter and more of a silvery blue than the regular Cobalt shimmer

New Mulberry was a bit of a test colour …
It changes its hue with what’s beside it

Very Interesting colour - only a few in stock to try it

Wow 4 Big Boxes of Kangaroo Lace arrived moments ago- just shy of 200 rolls and a box of offcuts arrived from Birdsall Tannery in Australia

My security crew is helping it all pass the first stage of inspection as it comes in to head to The Beacon Hill Leather Studio

Also have some colour sample swatches in this shipment which will be available in the coming week

Birdsall had their first price increase in over 5 years - so newly restocked items will have to reflect this
Also shimmer prices had to increase due to the work involved in them
Those prices will also increase

Our large order of over 100 Rolls of Packer Leather just arrived and some white, nice sized, off cuts

Wow the box is 29.6 kg 😳 that’s 65 lbs

Thank gawd our driver was the regular one and knew this should likely come over to the studio so he brought it in for me.
What an Awesome guy Ralph is 🥰.

We bought quite a few rolls of Packer leather before their price increase in July 2024 so we didn’t have to increase our prices at that time.
Just now we were out of a few colours so needed to stock up again.

We only increased the price by what our increase cost was and only in the roll colours and size that we restocked.
Everything else we have remained true to our customers and kept prices the same on everything else.
