Herbal chai tea or yogi tea. So many recipes to choose from. The first and most important spice in the chai I create is fresh ginger. Then I add cardamom and cinnamon sticks. Black pepper, star anise and cloves are accent flavours. I let this come to a boil and take off the heat and steep for five minutes. Served with coconut milk and honey. Stimulates the digestion, calms the mind and awakens the spirit.
