Skapandi I create a range of products including kids clothing, upcycled wool accessories, felted & wood decor.

We are proudly 100% Canadian, based in Fredericton, New Brunswick. While travelling through Iceland, I fell in love with its beautiful tradition of unique crafts made from 100% wool and the art of needle felting. That experience inspired my passion for creating one-of-a-kind accessories and home décor using upcycled wool sweaters made of no less than 80% wool. When it came time to choose a name for my business, Skapandi was the perfect choice. Meaning “creative” in Icelandic, it captures the heart and spirit of what I do. My love and passion for crafting are reflected in every piece I create. I take great pride in exceptional workmanship, thoughtful design, and using only the highest-quality wool and fabrics. Each product is lovingly handcrafted with care, creativity, and a commitment to quality.

Due to a greater-than-expected demand, more of the ECM hoodies will be arriving on September 1st and a portion of the proceeds from the sale of these ECM outfits will be donated directly to a local area indigenous after-school program.
