This is my latest piece. It was originally commissioned by my best friend but I gave it to him for his 50th birthday. It's the largest, most complicated work I've ever done.

Thank you Daniel Scott for the veneer you've given me. I never would have been able to make this piece without your generosity.

Hello everyone,

The last few weeks have been crazy, in a great way. I've set my station to be very productive and I've prepared my inventory of exotic and domestic veneers in chromatic order.

I've also registered as a vendor with the Ottawa Artisans to sell my work on their online store. They sell handmade products and they've never seen anything close to my marquetry mini-quilts.

As well, I'll be selling my pieces at Les Ateliers Quilt et Coton. It's the largest, and best quilt shop in the region.

As you can see in photo one, I've also created half a dozen mini-quilts, four of which are on my table.

My craft is making custom marquetry art specializing in quilt design, wildlife and other scenes. Every piece is created with leaves (sheets) of veneers from around the world. The quilt designs come from traditional and rare quilt blocks. The wildlife and other scenes are created in my style.
