We finished this project a few days ago and couldn’t wait to show you around! Welcome to the renovated conference room.

When we tackled this workspace, our goal is exactly the same as it is for a full residential renovation: to marry function with a timeless, welcoming aesthetic. 

For this conference and lounge area, we wanted a layout that flows effortlessly from a structured team meeting to a relaxed Friday happy hour. By layering in warm wood tones, clean contemporary lines, and soft neutrals, we designed a space that feels grounded and calming—proving that a commercial office doesn’t have to feel cold or corporate. 

Whether we are transforming a home or a workspace, we handle the overwhelming details so you can just enjoy a beautifully structured process and a finished space that elevates your day-to-day.

Let’s talk about the realities of renovating. Every single project comes with its own puzzle to solve, and this kitchen relocation was no exception!

We moved the layout to create a seamless, open-concept connection to the family room. But we faced a tricky challenge: the existing windows sat lower than standard countertop height, and replacing them didn’t fit the budget. 
Instead of fighting the architecture, we designed around it with intention: 

The Solution: We carried the countertop material right into the windows, creating custom jams and beautiful, deep quartz sills. It looks entirely custom and doubles as a gorgeous spot for plants and herbs

The Focal Point: To draw the eye up, we anchored the space with a stunning custom wood range hood, framed by clean tile and classic picture lights.

The Balance: On the sink side, we kept things cost-effective by running a sleek, full-height backsplash only under the open shelving, transitioning to matching tile above. Same elevated look, much friendlier budget. 
We even transformed a tricky “dead corner” into a beautiful, functional glass-front cabinet that sits right on the counter—perfect for styling everyday favorites. 

Renovating should be an exciting investment, not a stressful guessing game. When you focus on marrying function with aesthetics, those “problem areas” usually become your favorite parts of the house.

Continuing our tour of this stunning transformation. While Part 1 was all about the gathering spaces, Part 2 is focused on the private retreat: the master bedroom, ensuite, and main bathroom.

A full-service gut job allows us to go beyond just "decorating"—it allows us to curate a feeling. In these spaces, the goal was ultimate calmness. We used a soft, layered palette and organic textures to create a sanctuary where our clients can truly decompress.
