At 50, I finally stopped apologizing for taking up space.
This shoot wasn’t about vanity.
It was about survival.
About reclaiming myself after years of being made to feel small, too much, not enough, difficult, emotional, aging, imperfect.
This photoshoot was for the woman I used to be..the one who questioned herself constantly because someone else trained her to.
And it was for the woman I am now.
Unlearning shame.
Taking up space.
Feeling powerful in my own skin again.
To every woman who thinks it’s “too late” to rediscover herself..
It isn’t.
If you’ve ever survived someone who tried to break your spirit, this is your reminder that you are still worthy of being seen.
So, here I am.
Older.
Stronger.
Still healing.
Still evolving.
Still standing.
