🌿 HALF YEAR CHECK-IN 🌿

It's hard to believe we're already at the halfway mark of 2026.

This year has brought some of the biggest changes I've experienced in a long time. There have been moments of excitement, uncertainty, growth, grief, hope, and more lessons than I can count. Some things have gone according to plan, and some have taken completely unexpected turns.

But through it all, there is one thing I am incredibly proud of:

I have stayed committed to my health.

I've continued showing up at the gym.
I've stayed on track with my nutrition about 95% of the time.
I've continued investing in my physical and mental well-being, even on the days I didn't feel like it.

As I step into June, I'm making a promise to myself.

No matter what continues to unfold in the coming months, I will not lose sight of the habits that keep me grounded.

I will continue to move my body.
I will continue to fuel it well.
I will continue taking my vitamins and prioritizing my health.
I will continue getting outside for hikes, fresh air, sunshine, and time to connect with nature.

Because I've realized something important:

When my physical and mental health are strong, everything else becomes easier to navigate.

The goals.
The challenges.
The changes.
The uncertainty.

If I can maintain these foundations, I truly believe everything else will fall into place.

So today I'm checking in with myself.

How am I doing?
Where have I grown?
What needs more attention?
What promises do I want to keep for the rest of this year?

What about you?

Have you checked in with yourself lately?

How is your year going so far?
Have your goals shifted?
What new promises would you like to make to yourself for the second half of 2026?

The year isn't over.

There's still plenty of time to become the person you set out to be.

✨ One day.
✨ One workout.
✨ One healthy choice.
✨ One promise kept to yourself at a time.

At some point, you realize…
you don’t feel like yourself anymore.

Maybe it’s the weight creeping on.
Low energy.
Living on the road, grabbing food between appointments.
Or a milestone birthday getting closer and thinking… this is not how I want to feel.

That was me.

I didn’t start in the gym because everything was perfect.
I started because I felt out of shape, disconnected from my body… and I knew I wanted better for myself.

So I began—slowly.

Weight training became my foundation.
Building muscle. Getting stronger. Just moving again.

And over time, it changed everything.

Not just how I looked… but how I felt, how I showed up, how I handled life.

Along the way, I also had to learn to work with my body, not against it.

After a hit and run car accident years ago in Sudbury which resulted in whiplash and concussion , my balance was never quite the same.
I had a couple of bad falls running… and eventually, I stopped altogether.
Something I once loved became something I avoided.

But I didn’t quit on myself.

Through consistency…
through taking care of my body (chiro, physio, massage)…
through better nutrition, mindset, and patience…

I kept building.

And recently, I had a moment that reminded me why this all matters.

I ran for the first time in years.

Just over 9 minutes on the treadmill.
Slow. Controlled. Holding on, not going to lie… a little scared.

But I did it.

And that moment wasn’t about running—it was about what’s possible when you don’t give up.

This is what I want you to take from this:

You don’t need to go back to who you were.
You can build someone even stronger.

Start where you are.
Lift the weights.
Move your body.
Take care of yourself.

And trust that with time… those small, consistent steps turn into moments you once thought were gone forever.

If you’re feeling stuck right now—this is your sign.

It’s not too late. 💚💛
Reach out to me, I can help you ine step and one breakthrough at a time 🙌

🌸 Something is blooming…

There’s something about this time of year—
everything starts to feel lighter. Clearer. Full of possibility.

A fresh perspective has a way of finding you
when you’re finally ready to see things differently.

Lately, I’ve been leaning into that.

Letting go of what no longer fits.
Creating space for what does.
Trusting the quiet shifts that don’t always make sense… until they do.

And behind the scenes?
I’ve been working on something really meaningful—
something built from experience, from rebuilding, from learning what actually works in real life.

I’m not ready to share all of it just yet…
but I can feel it coming together in the best way 🤍

If you’ve been craving a reset…
a new direction…
or just want to feel like yourself again…

✨ You’re not behind
✨ You’re not stuck
✨ You’re just on the edge of your next chapter

Stay close… something beautiful is on its way 🌿

Two weeks… completely down for the count.

And if I’m being honest?
That messes with you when you’re someone who’s used to holding it all together.

The routines stop.
The gym stops.
Your energy drops.
And suddenly… you don’t feel like you anymore.

This morning was the first time I woke up and felt like myself again. 🤍
So I’m heading to the gym…

Not to push.
Not to “make up for lost time.”
But to move. Slowly. Gently. Respectfully.

Because here’s the truth high-achieving women don’t talk about enough…

👉 You are not meant to have it together all the time.
👉 That’s not reality.
👉 That’s not life.
👉 That’s not being human.

Life will knock you off track sometimes—physically, emotionally, mentally.
And it can feel scary when you don’t recognize yourself in those moments.

But you’re not broken.
You’re just in a phase.

And you can come back—stronger, calmer, more aligned—if you do it the right way.

That’s exactly what I help women do.
Not through pressure… but through simple, scalable routines and mindset shifts that actually stick.

✨ And I want to prove it.

I’m looking to coach ONE woman for FREE for the next 30 days.
Real support. Real structure. Real results.

If you’re feeling stuck, off-track, or like you’ve lost yourself a little…

First one gets the spot.

Let’s get you back to you.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do… is rest!

This Easter weekend didn’t look like big plans or busy schedules for me.

It looked like slowing down.

I’ve been battling a pretty bad chest cold, and instead of pushing through (like we’re so used to doing), I listened.

• Rest
• Sauna sessions
• Homemade turkey soup
• Warm chaga tea with maple syrup 🍁
• And reading one of my all-time favourite books — The Untethered Soul (probably my 10th time… and it hits differently every time)

There’s this rhythm in life we often forget…
Busy → Rest → Busy again

But somewhere along the way, we started resisting the “rest” part.

This weekend reminded me that rest isn’t a setback—it’s part of the cycle.
It’s where your body recalibrates, your mind quiets, and clarity returns.

I didn’t fight being sick.
I accepted it as a signal.

And honestly… the quiet, snowy backdrop and slow pace felt exactly like what I needed.

✨ Sometimes healing isn’t about doing more…
It’s about allowing less.

If your body has been asking you to slow down… this is your sign.

Tell me—when was the last time you truly allowed yourself to rest without guilt? 💭

April 1st.

No pressure. No “start over.”
Just a powerful opportunity to begin again — with intention.

We’re stepping into a new month, a new season, and a fresh shift in energy.
Spring isn’t about rushing… it’s about building 🌿

Building strength.
Building habits.
Building a home and life that actually feels good to live in.

Today, I’m choosing simple, aligned actions:
✨ Nourishing my body
✨ Moving with purpose
✨ Creating space (in my home + my mind)
✨ Staying consistent — not perfect

This high-protein sweet potato bake is one of those small shifts…
Something that supports your goals without feeling restrictive.

Because this season?
We’re not chasing quick wins…
We’re building something that lasts.

If April had a theme, what would yours be?
