What a treat to have the folks from Stoneground Paint Co. visit us at 125 Wyndham! Jenny, Rowan & Charlie shared about their amazing paints and the process & science behind them.
With a line of watercolour & a line of gouache Stoneground has a lot of offer to artists who value deep vibrant colour & quality in their materials.
Both lines are made from quality pigment with gum arabic & wildflower honey (sourced from prairie beekeepers!) as a binder. Their gouache features the addition of French chalk to the formula which gives the paint a lovely opaque & matte finish.
Their commitment to single pigment colours as well avoiding the use of fillers & preservatives leads to luminous, deep & long lasting paints that are dreamy to mix & use.
Our staff has always noted the incredible re-wetting properties of Stoneground!
