***** Dinning Decor ******

After my recent trip to Cuba, I've completely fallen in love with handcrafted wooden decor—and this latest addition has my heart. ❤️ 💙 💜 💖

We picked up these hand-painted tea coasters and a charming cup-hanging station, and they’ve truly elevated our space. I adore how beautifully they pair with my teapot and cups from India.

This cozy little corner of our dining area now feels like a perfect reflection of my love for tea—and all the endless stories shared over a warm cup. 🍵 ☕️ 🫖

Hello, my insta family. It's been a looooooong time since we have connected. Sorry for being MIA, but there was something really special keeping me occupied. Rather, someone 🥰.

We are proud to announce a new addition in our family.
Our darling daughter Raha has arrived & filled our lives with immense joy, laughter & happiness 😃😃.

As we welcome our little one, we thought to update the nameplate & make her feel belonged. This house is equally hers as ours, more so. What better than welcoming the little one with her nameplate.

Our little one is named "Raha," which means peace, joy & freedom. Our house is now going to be filled with all of these because of this little angel 😇.

Join us in this journey where I will now share the updates related to the baby's comfort & what worked for me.

*** House Plaque ***

It's 4 years now since we first moved to this house & it's time to simply be grateful 🙏. I am grateful for the love, happiness & prosperity that this house has given us immensely. 💓

This stone at the entrance of our house is special to us. We had hired specialized "JCB operators" to put this stone here & then we decorated it ourselves.

We always wanted to have a statement piece at the entrance of our Home that reminds us of all the struggles that were worth reaching where we are today. 🙏

Still can't believe it's 4 years to this house. It feels just like yesterday, when we were having a look at the plot of land, finalizing it & getting started with construction of the house 😀.Time does fly, indeed.

To all of you, a humble reminder to make yourself feel proud for all those creations that you have created & pat yourself on the back & do say," I have made it."

I would like to start this post with a thank you note to all my dear friends & insta family members for showering your immense love on our living room makeover. It's indeed motivating. 😀

This feed is to share the why's & how's of this makeover. Let's start with WHY'S.

I have always put forth my desire to make my space a place where a part of me resides. Where "We" reside & it reflects our personality. Hence, time & again we take up these small DIY projects & prefer to do it completely by ourselves to highlight that "US" in our space, our Home 🏡

The HOW'S:
Though I have shared all the technical details in my living room makeover video, I would like to share the product details here:
1. The paint - Behr's High Gloss Royal Blue
2. The stencils are from Amazon - Fall leaves
3. Rest, you need different shapes of brushes & roller.

**Guest bedroom**

Our guest bedroom has been one of the most used bedrooms after the master bedroom as we keep inviting our friends & family over for longer stays. 😀

This bedroom highlights my love for gold & the delicate accessories that surround the theme. It's a very bright, well lit room with adequate furniture, ample closet space & the beautiful garden view.

Most importantly, this bedroom has given so many memories to our family & friends that they all feel its their room. It's their space 😍.

What better than a room, making your near & dear ones feel back to home. 🏡

"Home is where our heart is" ❤️

Our first home together has certainly been special however as any other journey we too had our set of highs & lows.🎇😔

Highs🎇🎇 were, we were lucky enough to construct our house on a piece of land chosen by us. Literally every hook & nook of the house has been our taste of the scoop. The most important part is - WE ARE SELF MADE, and have built this house on our own at a tender age of 24.

Lows😔😔 were, the sheer commitment to build things, managing the finances wisely & being on the same page for each & every decision.

However, be it lows & highs there was always joy, happiness, companionship in everything we did & this house is and always will be our first baby 🐥.

This post is a reminder for all of us that dreams do come true & there is no factor like age, finance or background stopping you from achieving what you really want in life 🧬

Today's post is dedicated to all those obsessed home cleaners like myself and the power of house maintenance. 🏠

I have always been in the limelight around my social circle, friends & family for one big reason. It's not about me being a Research Scientist 🧐 nor about the various dishes that I cook or about my travels 🌎. It's about my Obsession with keeping my house clean & organized. 💖

Well, my take on it is simple - Do the things that you enjoy doing & the outcome will naturally be sweet.😊 I have always felt blessed to have my dream house at the right time & my efforts to clean it, organize it & regularly de-clutter it is just an outcome of the love I have for my house. 🏠💖

It's been 4 years now that we have partied in this house, hosted friends for sleepover, hosted family for long stays and much more but it still feels fresh & new to everyone who enters here.🏠😃

Isn't this a beautiful outcome of a sweet love affair 😃 ❤️.

This is one of the most sacred space for me not just because it highlights our journey but also because it was my birthday gift 🎁.

This was our Dream Wall. One that portrays US, our love, companionship, our Big days & our passion to Travel 🧳.

The wall is an absolute bliss and with this post, I wanted to remind all of you as to how important it is to be grateful for everything that you have, everyone that you love 💕

Hello friends 👋. I would like to share my take on an evening snack platter and the way it instantly made my guests feel welcomed and back to home 😃.

I blended the evening tea & samosas with a Charcuterie board and it came out well. The ingredients on the Charcuterie board were thought of keeping the dietary requirements of my guests.

The red bell pepper cheese dip & the spinach cream cheese dip were definitely the show stealer.

Sip in the hot chai, enjoy the crunch of a samosa & company of some good friends 😃.
