Where to begin?
About 7 months ago I walked up behind an employee at the form named Kara speaking extremely inappropriate to my husband telling him how if he ever needs anything she can fill his needs and that he just needs to let her know because she can take care of all his needs in a very seductive way neither of them knew I was there Shawn's back was to me doing hot dogs and her back was to me facing him . When she turned around and seen me she took off with the front doors and she didn't come back until she already got her story told to Allison who is her boss. I obviously lost my mind and told her she was a f****** pig disgusting and should be ashamed of herself.
Since then she's been literally making my life hell she's been denying my customers entry that have service dogs even after I've attempted to tell her that she can't do that.
I actually thought she was Stan's wife the other employee for like 6 months when I first started there 4 years ago because she was always flirting with him always around him and when I asked what they were going to be for Halloween she told me B**M she was going to be the dom and he was going to be the sub, so yeah for 6 months I thought they were in a relationship I had no clue Stan had a wife at home that's what type of female she is now this isn't him he didn't ever lead or I was never around him because he was always at the front and she was the one that did the walking around and kind of interacting with vendors.
I've missed a few weeks due to having no vehicle and the vendors were not happy that they showed up to no coffee they let me know that they weren't happy they were rude they were mean they just stopped buying from me. I feel like I went in there very supportive and friendly I was bringing in customers I gave away free birthday lunches and celebration lunches and award lunches and came up with an idea for Halloween costume contest like I really tried to put good energy into that place and but Kara is like a parasite she just just sucks joys out of everything she's a nasty woman she has no morals no self-respect no self dignity no man and no friends!
Yesterday she decided to let in a friend of hers with cats yes 2 cats crawling all over their shoulders while they weren't bent over our tables. I was mad and fed up, you've been denying service dogs thus denying a portion of the disabled community entry to the market . But cats ...cats are ok
Cats cannot and are not registered services animals (only miniature horses and dogs are in Nova Scotia) when have you seen a cat escorting a blind man across a road or fetching secure meds for a epileptic.
That was my last straw I dont and didn't deserve the pettiness and bu****it that came with that place.
There's a reason the exhibition park gets 1200 - 2000 people a week and the forum is lucky to hit 100 .
They can't keep vendors there because of the drama and bu****it they allow , and Allison's excuse every time is I didn't know ...how you the boss and know absolutely nothing about everything every time 😭
If you were one of the many denied entry with your dog . Id look at contacting a disability Rights lawyer!!!! . Seeing as cats are allowed ..but not able to even be registered services animals in Nova Scotia .
I really liked some of the vendors and stan and continued putting up with the bullying from cara and her friends for months and months.yesterday when she smirked at me while letting the cats in I packed my s**t up and walked out. There's been a lot more "bullying " and immature actions but this is getting long .
Yesterday I stood up for me in a non violent ,non escalating manner and I am proud of me . We all know a few years ago I would have been flipping tables and fighting right in the damn hall. Probably ended up arrested and loosing my business and the small positive reputation I'm slowly building myself in the baking community!!
I walked away yesterday !!
I am sad heartbroken mad & disgusted that looking back I allowed myself to be treated like that over and over again .
