People ask where I get my pieces & my answer is always the same… EVERYWHERE I go!!! One of the biggest reasons I do ‘A Little Olde’ is because of the places I get to go and the amazing people that I get to meet. And many become friends.. part of our lives and our trips. Cathy is one of those people.

Cathy of Lucknow is one of those amazingly giving, helpful, happy, bright people that I’ve been visiting for years. I have bought for my business and for myself from her creative store of wonder. I always am excited about my finds from Cathy, but this pile is just that little bit sweeter… Cathy, thank you for the years of smiles and laughs (with my mom, with jayme and just me sometimes)… I wish you and Bob all the best as you head into this next phase of your adventures.

Soooooo this is a rare vintage Samovar from the USSR….which I’ve never seen before … it’s electric with a heating coil in it and it can heat up liquids (water for tea for example)… which actually was done 3 days before I received it! It potentially could be worth a few $100 … but I like it better with a plant in it!!! Would you like it? For tea? Or to plant? Or to resell?? (Sold)
