So much joy in one beautiful moment. 💍❤️

We’ve been lucky enough to have Aly in our lives for the past two years, and through everything we’ve shared, she has brought so much love, kindness, and light to our family. She complements JJ so beautifully, challenges him in all the right ways, and together they are simply meant to be.

Some ideas deserve more than a Pinterest board… they deserve to exist. ✨

When this client came to me with the idea of turning their LEGO-inspired wedding guest book into something they could actually display after the wedding, I knew it was going to be special.

Now, instead of a guest book tucked away in a closet, it’s the heart of a beautiful photo wall—surrounded by memories from one of the best days of their lives. ❤️

This is my favourite part of creating.

You bring the idea, the memory, the “What if…?”
I bring the design, the laser, the creativity, and a whole lot of problem-solving to make it real.

Home isn’t measured by the walls around us. It’s measured by the people who walk through the door, the laughter around the table, the late-night conversations, the hugs that last a little longer, and the memories that quietly become the stories we tell for years to come.

Watching this project come to life over the weekend reminded me that creativity has a beautiful way of bringing people together. For a few hours, the outside world fades away, and what remains is conversation, connection, and a gentle reminder of what really matters.

At the end of the day, the greatest part of any home isn’t the décor ~ it’s the love that lives inside it. ❤️

Some of my favourite projects aren’t the ones that will sell hundreds of copies… they’re the ones that tell one family’s story.

This sign might just say, “Don’t worry ‘bout nothin’,” to most people. But to the family who requested it, those words carry a lifetime of memories, inside jokes, love, and someone they’ll think about every time they walk by.

That’s the part of creating I never take for granted. I’m not just cutting wood and painting signs—I’m helping preserve moments that can’t be bought in a store.

It’s a privilege to be trusted with something so personal. To create a piece that only a handful of people truly understand, yet means absolutely everything to them.

Those are the projects that remind me why I do what I do. ❤️

So far, this summer has been full of bright days, colourful gardens, warm evenings and those little moments that make you stop and think, this is pretty lovely.
This cheerful sign felt like the perfect reminder to enjoy the season while it’s here — the flowers, the sunshine, the slow mornings, the backyard dinners and even the ladybugs making themselves at home.

Being a boy mom is something that quietly changes your heart forever.

From the moment they wrap their tiny fingers around yours, you become their safe place. You watch them grow from little boys who need your hugs into men who carry your lessons long after they’ve left home. They may not always say much, but somehow they always know where home is.

Our sons make us proud in ways that aren’t measured by trophies or careers. It’s in their kindness. Their integrity. Their resilience. The way they become good men who make the world a little better simply by being themselves.

To every boy mom… cherish the muddy boots, the endless snacks, the bear hugs, the laughter, and even the moments they pretend they don’t need you. One day you’ll realize those little hands you once held have become the hands building their own lives—and your heart will never stop cheering them on.

There are times simple is best….and here is a beautiful example of just that.

Yes, I too love to add this colour and that element. More, more, more. But then the purpose of the sign looses its meaning. And a sign doesn’t work if people do not read it because it is too busy.

So just like dressing, remember to edit and keep the design clean so it serves the exact purpose you were aiming for.
