We finally have the boards completed. There are 20 in total, (this is just a sample), we will be posting them over the next few days. Please check them out and leave your comments. We get over 400 views, but only 1 or 2 comments. Your likes and comments give us an idea on what to make next time.

We are working on the next batch of boards, and it's incredible what routering an edge can make.

Sometimes life happens.
It's been almost 2 weeks since we said our next boards would be ready.
Well we are back at it, but, we are not going to make ANY promises, except that we are working on them again.
Today we cut some new handle designs out of acylic with our laser.
These are posted below.

We are heading towards 700 followers, and hoping to get to 1000.

If you have been following us the past few days, you would have seen that we are making some more charcuterie boards.
Please let us know in the comments whether you like the solid one piece boards, or the multiple piece boards.

In our shop, we made a number of jigs and fixtures that really help in the process of milling wood.
One of my favorites is this one pictured here. It can be used for a few different processes. We love using live edge whenever possible, but sometimes it's just to damaged or the sap wood is just to soft so it needs to be removed.
Here I clamped the piece of walnut to the jig, and the bad edge is removed. Now there is a good edge to continue milling.

It's time to make a few more Charcuterie boards. These will be a bit different than the ones we have made in the past. They should be ready in 2 weeks. A lot of time goes into these boards.....they aren't mass produced. Each one has different qualities.

So we've been in business 5 years now.....WOW where did the time go?
From starting the business with Baltic Birch rounds for the sign makers, to the different items we make now, there has been quite a change. Have a look back on our page to see what we have made. Even though the rounds have slowed down dramatically, we still make a few. Our main market now is cutting and charcuterie boards along with serving trays. We are also making custom items, which keeps our creative side active.
We would like to say a huge THANK-YOU to all that have supported us in the last 5 years, and we are looking forward to the years ahead.

The bases are 6" long X 3" wide and they are 5" high.
