Let’s make some yummy soup🍲

After grabbing some soup mix from eh2zed and meat from Harriston Packers, you can also feed 8 for under $25

Note: I did not use Worcestershire sauce because we were out. I did not use carrots or celery because they’re optional and I wanted to keep the cost as close as possible to $20 :)

Ingredients:
1-2 lb hamburger
1 onion
Worcestershire sauce (optional)
796ml can diced tomatoes
Carrot (optional)
Celery (optional)

Directions:
1) in a large pot, brown hamburger with chopped onion and worcestershire sauce (optional)
2) add Mitchell's Soup Company Beef Barley soup mix, 10 C water, can tomatoes, carrots (optional), celery (optional). Boil for 5 min then cover and simmer for approximately 2 hours
3) season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
