From an empty concrete shell to steel studs and complex wiring, this space is transforming into a state-of-the-art Winnipeg Veterinary Hospital. It looks absolutely huge, which means more rooms, more specialized care, and hopefully shorter wait times for our fur babies! 🐶🐱🐰

When the client says: “I want modern minimalism, but make it look incredibly high-end and detailed, not empty.” 🧠💡

So we decided to literally strip the spiral staircase down to its bones to show them the magic. (Swipe left ⬅️ to see how we turned raw structural engineering into an actual work of art!).

We took that dated, heavy red-wood staircase (Before) and completely reimagined it. We’re talking cantilevered steel stringers, hidden luminaire cable systems, and curved gypsum cladding—basically flexing the engineering instead of hiding it behind drywall. This isn’t just a regular renovation; it’s a total evolution of the space.
