😂 Well… apparently I’ve decided to change things up at Cabin Fever! 😂
After the year I’ve had, I figured I might as well throw another plot twist into the mix! 🤦‍♀️😂
I’ve decided that I’m NOT doing Christmas vendor shows this year. 🎄
I know… I know… I’ve already canceled a few things this year, so you’re probably thinking, “What the hell is going on with this woman?” 😂
Honestly, it’s been a rough one.
Between a corneal ulcer, shingles in my eye, my daughter needing a VNS implant, working full-time, and trying to keep Cabin Fever going… it’s been A LOT.
But sometimes life has a way of making you stop and figure out what actually makes you happy.
And I’ve realized something…
My true passion isn’t sitting behind a table at a Christmas show hoping someone buys something. 😂
It’s THE CLASSES. ❤️
I LOVE bringing people together, teaching you how to make something, laughing until our stomachs hurt, having some food and drinks, giving away door prizes, and most importantly… finding ways for us to give back to our community. 🥰
So that’s my plan for the rest of the year!

😂 And probably a few more things that I’ll somehow manage to screw up along the way!
So instead of Christmas shows, I’m going to put my energy into doing what I actually LOVE and making Cabin Fever about the people, the fun, the friendships and the community.
Stay tuned because I’ve got lots of fun things coming!

🌲 Interest Check – Cottage & Home Sign Making Workshop! 🏡

I'm considering booking the Aspdin Community Centre (just west of Huntsville) for a Cottage & Home Sign Making Class, but before I reserve the space, I'd love to see if there's enough interest!

The best part? This is your project! Choose your own design, colours, stain, paint, and finishes to create something that perfectly suits your home or cottage. If you'd like to personalize or change part of a design, I can do that too! My goal is for everyone to leave with a piece they'll be proud to display for years to come.

The class will also include:
🍽️ A light lunch
🥤 Refreshments
🎁 A door prize

Another amazing class today at Windmill Campground! ❤️
One of my favorite parts of teaching these workshops is meeting so many wonderful new people. It's always amazing to watch everyone arrive feeling a little nervous, worried that the project might be too complicated, and then leave with a beautiful piece they created themselves and such an incredible sense of accomplishment.
Thank you to everyone who came out today. Seeing your smiles and confidence at the end of each class is exactly why I love doing this! I can't wait to see you all again. 😊

I have the 2 very large wolf canvases done. I've reduced these 2 as they was a small flaw on the canvas. Not something you'd likely ever notice but I can't with good conscience list them without being being completely transparent about that 😊 they are done on 3/4", so very heavy. I'm letting the go for $150 each. Lat me know if interested!
