Project Malibu Pines North set in the Interior Okanagan, this home is a study in contrast, where rich textures and layered millwork come together to create depth and warmth throughout.
The kitchen was designed as the true heart of the home, anchored by an oversized island that invites gathering and everyday living. A seamless Pitt cooking system is integrated directly into the porcelain countertop, allowing for a refined, chef-inspired experience without visual interruption.
Every millwork detail was carefully considered to balance form and function, creating moments of intrigue while optimizing the overall layout for how the space is truly used.

Perched in the tranquil hills of Kamloops, BC, Project Mount Begbie was envisioned to bring a sense of warmth and quiet sophistication to this modern new-build. At the heart of the home, the kitchen embodies a carefully considered balance—Ivory Oak wood veneer meets warm white slab fronts to create a calming, contemporary palette that feels both refined and grounded.

The mineral-toned backsplash, delicately veined in ivory and white, introduces organic rhythm and subtle movement, echoing the natural landscape just beyond the windows. Brass detailing lends a layer of warmth and timeless elegance, while a custom plaster range hood adds tactile depth and an artisanal sensibility.

A 48” gas range anchors the space, thoughtfully positioned as a focal point for connection and creativity. Fully integrated refrigeration and dishwasher units ensure the cabinetry remains visually uninterrupted—allowing the design to breathe with quiet confidence.
