This was a project a long time in the making. Once again, believed me in more than I believed in myself which is why it took at least a year for me to build up the courage to agree and tackle this.

Kris wanted a sandwich board sign that would be suitable for a variety of settings, including road side. I had to figure out how to do this with the tools I have (aka no table saw). This is what I came up with. Standing 3.5 feet tall, this double sided sandwich board is large enough to catch passing drivers eyes, but still maneuverable and usable in a market setting. Every joint and seam has been sealed to increase it's water resistance and a chain added to keep the sign from splaying out. Finally it is finished in her signature white and raw wood colours. Not shown (because I completely forgot to take a picture 🤦‍♀️) is an included soft cover to help protect it during transit.

Once again I need to thank Kris for being one of my biggest cheerleaders and encouraging me to move outside my comfort zone. ♥️

When held their annual Pets and Pints event last month, the lovely set up to take photos by donation for and . Of course Max and I had to come down. I love Nicole's work and I didn't want to miss the chance to have her photograph my boy. Many of you who have met Max will know that he is *ahem* treat motivated. 😂🤦‍♀️ I probably should have warned Nicole that once treats made an appearance all bets were off when it came to sitting nice and posing. But these photos are so authentically Max; full of personality, attitude, goofiness and a good size heaping of food crazed 😂 I absolutely love them! And Nicole was so patient with us even though Max was in full on bananas mode. 🤦‍♀️ Thank you so much Nicole for these shots of my old man. I will treasure them forever ♥️

Wow! What an incredible weekend! I am at a loss for words but so full of gratitude. Thank you so, so much to everyone who came out to shop small businesses this weekend and to everyone who stopped by my booth with a kind word or to make a purchase. I am humbled by the feedback and support I received this weekend. Thank you. Truly.

And a massive thank you to everyone at the society for all the hard work you put in to host a massive show like this. From the incredible amount of promoting you did to ensure people knew about the new location, to the smooth load in despite it being an entirely new set up, to the extra touches like the vendor breakfast to support and keep us fueled going into the final day, it is all very appreciated.

And of course I have to shout out my fellow vendors who were out there hustling all weekend. A big part of what I look forward to each year at Creative Chaos is being able to connect with so many of my favourite people all in one place, including some that I don't get to see often, and meeting new friends as well. The social aspect is a huge part of what makes these markets so fun and I so look forward to it! Now hopefully you all get to have at least a bit of some well deserved rest!!

2026 was one for the books and I already can't wait to see you all again in 2027!!

You guys!! Omg! This is a terrible photo but that's because I was too busy enjoying this amazing cup of deliciousness from . It was incredible! I got the mango raspberry which is vegan and perfect for this girl who is frienemies with dairy 😂 My neighbours had the chocolate and the strawberry rhubarb to equal rave reviews. You must come down to at Kal Tire Place tonight or tomorrow from 10 until 4 to give them a try. You will not regret it!! 5 stars 🤤🤤🤤

Tomorrow!! The 51st Annual Creative Chaos kicks off tomorrow at 10 am in its NEW location, Kal Tire Place! You will find me upstairs along the South Arena concourse!

Creative Chaos isn't just a show, its an experience. There's hundreds of artisans to shop with treasures you won't find in the those big box stores, a food truck faire to grab some eats and fuel up and entertainment galore! You don't want to miss this!
