Good Afternoon!
I am here with a gentle reminder of our policy for special orders, holds and web orders... We have been quite lax over the last year or two, allowing for extended times to make it in to pick up items on hold etc. We are returning to our one week maximum hold time as we return to more normal times... so please feel free to call the store with payment, or make arrangements to pick your items up within that time period, or we will be putting them back out to the sales floor after that time from now on.
