Thanks to .ca for getting these .okanagan pedestal tiles perfectly installed, nice to see a completed area ahead of the weekend! Soon the homeowners will be able to enjoy these views from their Primary Bedroom balcony, perfectly framed by the gluelam beams from !

Progress in Oliver. Exterior Cladding & Stone underway. This home is being wrapped in Rigiboard insulation, essentially like a warm jacket, keeping the outside temps away from the framing & interior. Interior wood ceilings are complete including some lighting finishes, and drywall is well underway. Soon the interior painting & tile work will begin!

Nice to see the project at night, all lit up! Shop substantially complete, and House (up the hill) nearly ready for drywall & interior finishing!

On to the main floor! The next few weeks we’ll really see this project take shape as the main floor walls start to go up. The framing team are humming along nicely 👌🏼

The foundations are in and framing will soon commence on our 7,200 square foot build in Oliver!

Huge thanks to Regan / Kapiti Built for bringing our / our client's vision to life on this build! After the building plans were complete, we were very hands off on this one and it turned out beautifully! Thanks for getting these great shots with the maturing landscaping built!

Unfortunately we have had a number of tools & our Polaris ATV stolen from our jobsite in Oliver. Please share this story in hopes that we can assist the police and potentially stop these theifs from repeating their actions.

Our job site is well secured nightly, this was a well thought out robbery. Keep close watch of your belongings!

Unfortunately we have had a number of tools (ours and our sub trades) stolen from our jobsite in Oliver. Also stolen was our Polaris side-by-side ATV. We keep our items VERY secure, this was a well-planned theft. Please keep your eyes peeled and share this story. Keep your belongings under close watch!!

RCMP in Oliver are investigating after construction equipment was stolen from a home on Wilson Mountain Road.
