Underground ducting eliminates drops when the building is slab on grade. These ducts will be spray foamed with high efficiency insulation that will create a v***r barrier.
After that’s done the plumbing and infloor hot water heating go in meaning 90% of the mechanical system is beneath your feet 👣.
