Ahh, those snowy, blowy, days of winter and the liv'in ain't easy! Time to gather your pillows, blankets, and long johns cause its going to be a bear of a winter this year folks! Yeah, we're the True North strong and free...zing! Enjoy that fresh air Y'all...LOL!

Hey there Bedheads! Well nature is sure preparing for the big winter sleep this past week! Squirrels are battling for the pine cones and walnuts in the yard. Birds of all types are frequenting the feeders again and we humans are getting the winter tires out....LOL!
Make this winter a healthier one...get plenty of restful sleep! Its universally doctor recommended for everything that may ail you!

Hey There BedHeads! Can you believe the summer has passed us by again already? As daylight gets shorter and sundown earlier, its time to prepare for more time indoors. Making restful sleep a priority this fall, will definitely improve our ability to deal with the inevitable increase in darkness coming soon to a town near you...LOL!
