The finishing touches.
Every Mountain Knots piece is carefully hand-finished before it leaves my studio. While an iron may not be the conventional tool for macramé, I use the steam setting to gently relax and straighten the cotton fibres with precision and care. Each strand is then hand-combed, shaped, and inspected so your piece arrives looking its very best. Because cotton is a natural fibre, a light steam or gentle combing after shipping is all it takes to refresh the fringe if needed.

There is something about a chunky knit blanket that changes a space instantly.

Each of these pieces was hand knit by me using ultra-soft chenille yarn, creating that thick, sculpted texture that feels as cozy as it looks.

No machines. No mass production. Just intentional design and hours of careful handwork.

From soft blush tones to bold modern stripes, every blanket has its own personality and warmth.

This wall hanging was made slowly, with a lot of attention to pattern and balance.
Layered textures, soft movement, and natural driftwood giving it its shape.
Designed to bring warmth to a quiet corner and add a little softness to the space it hangs in.

There’s something so grounding about watching knots take shape.
One row at a time, slow hands, strong lines.
This piece was hand-knotted using cotton cord, letting texture and shadow do the talking. No rush. No shortcuts. Just the rhythm of making.
