Welcome to Leih's Pantry! My goal is to create a space where I can share my 10+ years experience and adventures in all things food preservation! I hope to inspire others to become more involved and aware of the the foods we are eating and feeding our families every day. Offering advice, tips and classes on subjects subjects such as:
-Canning (waterbath and pressure canning)
-Fermenting & curing

ehydrating
-Creating and sustaining your own pantry
-Vintage kitchen skills such as baking, butter, yogurt, infusions, tea and spice mixes and much more! The world of food preservation and all it entails can be intimidating to jump into on your own and I'd like to join you on your adventure as a mentor/ coach to help you get started and comfortable. Offering private online chats to answer your questions and in person classes for a more guided first hand experience.
