🌟 Exciting Announcement for Young Entrepreneurs! 🌟

Are you a young go-getter with a passion for entrepreneurship? The Duncan Farmers' Market has a fantastic opportunity just for you! Introducing our new program for Youth Entrepreneurs, designed to empower and showcase the talent of young individuals aged 13-18 in the Cowichan Valley and Gulf Islands.

Here's how it works:
👉 All youth participants must become members of the Duncan Farmers’ Market for just $5.00 annually.
👉 You can vend at the market on a drop-in basis with fees of $15 per session.
👉 Ensure you're covered with insurance, as it's a requirement for all vendors.
👉 Bring your own setup - whether it's folding tables, small canopies, or beach umbrellas - to display your farm or craft products.

But wait, there's more! Here are some important rules to follow:
1️⃣ We'll select one young entrepreneur each week to participate, so make sure to commit and notify us if you can't make it.
2️⃣ Your work must be your own creation - no kits or copyrighted material allowed.
3️⃣ Only sell items that you've made yourself or farm produce you've grown.
4️⃣ Sorry, no cosmetics allowed, but low-risk food items are permitted with a valid food sale certificate.
5️⃣ Youth 15 and under must have a parent/guardian present, while those over 16 can manage on their own, though adult involvement is encouraged.

Join us every Saturday from 10am to 2pm in duncan for this incredible opportunity to showcase your talents and entrepreneurial spirit! The Duncan Farmers’ Market is the place to be, where over 100 vendors gather to share their wares in the heart of the Cowichan Valley.
