Recently retired, Kim lives in Langley, BC with her long-term partner Russell. Kim raised her boys Chris and Mike in Sparwood, a small town in the East Kootenays region of BC. There were no fast-food restaurants and dining out offered limited options. Luckily, Kim enjoyed cooking and bak

ing. She still does to this day. Almost everything they consumed was homemade! Kim's boys are now grown men in their forties and excel at cooking from scratch. Even so, over the years both men have made culinary requests. This past Christmas, Kim decided to gift her favorite recipes to them both. Their favourable response prompted Kim to share her collection with others, hoping recipes in this book become your family favorites too! Love & Light
