Cool
Now this is so cool! 🤩
A creator named Fan Shisan in Chengdu built around 50 sword-shaped drones and got about 30 of them flying together in sync. ⚔️
The demo, later featured by CGTN, shows him guiding them with simple hand motions. 👋🏻
They lift, shift direction, and regroup like a coordinated swarm.
It looks unusual at first.
But under it, the system is familiar—programmed flight paths, motion sensors translating gestures into commands, timing doing most of the heavy work. 🥏
The shape is what people notice.
The control method is what actually matters.
Less buttons.
More natural input.
That’s the direction quietly taking shape here. 🍃
Not a breakthrough on its own.
But a small step toward machines that respond the way people already move. 🤖
And once that becomes normal, the interface stops being something you learn.
