Production Assistant
Liv Hunter Home is looking for a Production Assistant to join our growing team.
This is an entry-level position in our picture production department. No previous experience is required — we provide all the training you need.
Our Production Assistant works alongside our framing team to keep finished pictures moving through production quickly and accurately. The work itself is straightforward, but this is an important role in keeping our three framers productive and our customer orders on schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Apply backing to the back of finished pictures
- Stain the exposed ends/edges of completed frames
- Track orders as they move through production
- Make sure completed pieces are properly identified and matched with the correct order
- Keep finished work organized and moving to the next stage
- Help maintain a clean and organized production area
- Work closely with our framing and production team to keep orders flowing efficiently

You don’t need previous framing or production experience. We’ll teach you what you need to know.

- Can stay organized when several orders are moving at once
- Is comfortable doing repetitive, hands-on work
- Takes pride in completing work properly
- Can work independently once trained

About the Position
This is a fast-paced production position. The individual tasks are simple to learn, but speed and consistency matter. With three framers producing pictures, we need someone who can keep up with the flow of completed work and make sure orders don’t get bottlenecked at the finishing stage.
No experience necessary. Training is provided.
