Recipe 🚨 🦞 Atlantic Canada Lobster Roll
A true East Coast classic—simple, fresh, and loaded with lobster.
Ingredients
* Fresh cooked Atlantic lobster, chopped
* Celery, finely diced
* Mayonnaise (small amount)
* Fresh parsley, finely chopped
* Salt & freshly ground pepper
* A little lettuce
* Soft traditional split-top bun
* Butter for toasting the bun
Option to add a small amount of fresh dill.
Method: Mix the lobster, celery, mayonnaise, parsley, salt and pepper gently—keep the lobster the star. Lightly butter and toast the bun, add a thin layer of lettuce, then pile it high with the lobster mixture.
AC Cooks Tip: Don’t overdo the mayonnaise. A great Atlantic Canadian lobster roll should taste like lobster first. 🦞
