I’m still cooking. I’m still creating, just not in a professional capacity.

Cooking is in my blood. It’s what I love, and it’s what I’m naturally good at.
For me it''s more than just nutrition, it's an expression of my creativity, my culture, of who I am.
It's so much more than putting a bunch of ingredients together.
It’s about the balance of flavors and textures, as well as colors and shapes.
When I develop a recipe, I take all of these elements into consideration.
All the flavor profiles. Acidity, the sweetness, the umami, spice, all must come together in a harmonious way so that, when it hits every part of your tongue, the flavors create one perfect symphony, while each ingredient remains distinct to a well-trained palate.
If you want your food to stand out, you have to love it!
I always get asked what my secret is, and I always give the same answer: passion and love ❤️
Because if these ingredients are missing, it will come through the final product.
This is what will elevate your dish above others.
