The marble ledge, echoing the same richly veined stone used for the reception desk, anchors the streamlined bank of mailboxes, while the sculptural framing transforms a practical necessity into a distinctive architectural element.
A linear wall sconce seamlessly integrates with the metallic panels, casting a soft, warm glow that highlights their texture while preserving the understated material palette.

The “Golden Gal”: a playful nod to the beloved American sitcom of the ’80s and ’90s, celebrating its wit, camaraderie, and timeless sense of style. It is also a tribute to the first-generation homeowners of
80F Market Square Condominium, whose energy, individuality, and appreciation for their homes
became a source of inspiration.

Created as part of the South Lobby renovation, the chair reflects the character of a community that
approaches its surroundings with care, confidence, and a discerning eye. Wrapped in shimmering
light-champagne velvet, the chair picks up the light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Designed for
the intimate reading nooks beside them, it offers residents a quiet place to settle in with a book.
Golden Gal is designed to feel both classic and spirited; a functional piece of living art with a
personality all its own.

A sneak peek at an ongoing rebrand for a franchise café serving the PATH network and Toronto’s financial core. The redesign strips back years of visual clutter to refocus the experience around what matters: clearer identity, efficient service, and more importantly, great coffee. Fast-paced site coordination and real-time decision making have shaped the process from day one as we work through the flagship location before rolling out the next layer of the brand.

A subtle layer of light can completely transform a space. In this detail, the concealed LED lighting above the elevator door is tucked behind sculpted, curved stone trim, creating a soft glow that feels both functional and refined. Residents especially appreciate that the source of light remains hidden, while the space itself stays bright, warm, and welcoming. The result is an elegant atmosphere that enhances the experience of the space without drawing attention to the fixture, allowing the experience to outshine the light itself.

A bold rebrand for an e-motorcycle built on speed, efficiency, and impact, LIMA reimagines spatial identity through raw, industrial textures and oversized, boxy forms; broad planes that frame the machine with confidence. High-contrast lighting and sharp pops of colour cut through the space, adding energy and depth while keeping the system lean and intentional. The result is immersive but controlled: a strong, modern presence that reflects performance and sustainability without excess.

Early spatial studies (slide two) explored alternate directions, testing proportion, density, and visual rhythm, before refining into the final, resolved system shown above.
