Okay, but how fun are these?! 😍😂

We shared a few of these in our stories the other day, but they definitely deserved a spot on our page too!

Our 3D printers have been busy making all sorts of fun little creations, from miniature Nike shoebox clickers and adorable tumblers to fidgets and other fun goodies!

Sometimes we print things just because we can… and because they’re too cute not to! 😂

Okay, I might be a little obsessed with these!! 😍

What started as something I wanted to make for my granddaughter has turned into one of my favourite new products at Timber & Threads!

Introducing our **3D Printed Kids' Routine & Responsibility Boards!**

Let's face it, getting kids through their daily routines without reminding them 47 times can be a challenge. 😂

These boards make it a little easier (and a whole lot more fun!) by giving kids a visual reminder of what needs to be done. Each board has 8 spaces for picture cards, with a little slider underneath each one. Once they've completed a task, they simply slide the button from red to green! They can see exactly what they've accomplished and what's still left to do.

These can be especially helpful for kiddos with ADHD, FASD, autism, anxiety, or those who struggle with executive functioning, transitions and remembering what comes next. Visual routines can help take some of the overwhelm out of everyday tasks while encouraging independence, building confidence and giving kids a sense of accomplishment.

And really, they're great for ALL kids!

We've created three standard routines:

🌙 Bedtime Routine

Each routine includes 8 illustrated task cards, and because no two families are exactly alike, we also offer customized cards to suit your child's individual needs and responsibilities!

I originally made one for my granddaughter to help make her mornings a little smoother and give her some more independence. When she saw it for the first time, she had the BIGGEST smile on her face.

Her exact words? **"Grandma, that's so freaking cool!"** 😂

And just like that, every minute spent making it was worth it!

Even my husband, who sees a LOT of projects coming out of this shop, said these were awesome. So apparently I'm not the only one who thinks they're pretty freaking cool!

Just a reminder that our shop will be closing next Friday for our upcoming vacation. Orders are completed in the order they're received, and any orders we can't finish before closing will be completed once we return.

Well… I guess that answers my question. 😂

Five days ago I posted asking if there would be any interest in these custom team crewnecks and you guys have absolutely blown me away. The orders just keep coming in! 🥹❤️

I’ve been working on different teams, colours and designs ever since, and I am LOVING seeing each one come together. Thank you so much to everyone who has ordered, shared the original post, tagged someone or sent a friend my way. My little “would anyone want these?” post definitely had its mini viral moment. 😂

And a little heads-up because of all the orders coming in: Timber & Threads will be CLOSED October 18–31.

We made a very last-minute decision that after 28 years of marriage, it might finally be time to take the honeymoon we never had. 😂❤️ Apparently Bali was worth waiting 28 years for! 🌴

I’ll be working my butt off between now and then to get as many orders completed as possible before we leave. If you’re wanting a crewneck — or anything else — before I close, please get your order in sooner rather than later so I can make sure I can fit it in.

Okay, I need to know… would there be interest in these?! 👀

I made this custom team crewneck and LOVE how it turned out — especially the oversized lettering running across the back and onto the sleeves! 🧡🖤

Now I’m thinking these would be so good for school teams, high school sports, hockey, volleyball, ringette, dance, cheer… basically whatever team you’re repping!

Designs can be customized with your team/school name, logo and colours, and I already have lots of Gildan crewnecks in the shop in light grey, black, white and other colours.

I’m thinking starting at $55, depending on the design.

NEW — Children’s Décor Collection
I’ve been having way too much fun with the 3D printers lately, and these are a few of the newest additions to Timber & Threads!
The new collection includes our Books Read This Year Counter, Personalized Initial & Name Shelf Sitters, and Flower Wall Shelves, all 3D printed to order and available in a variety of colours.

The flower shelf alone takes approximately 13 hours to print—these definitely aren’t quick little projects!

THE NEW HOME DÉCOR COLLECTION IS LIVE! 🤎
I’ve spent the last week printing, playing with colours, styling, photographing… and maybe becoming slightly obsessed with all the texture. But the first pieces are officially up on the website!

There are complete styled sets if you want the whole look already put together, as well as individual pieces so you can mix, match and create your own.

Think warm neutrals, earthy fall tones, ribbed textures, pumpkins, acorns, mushrooms, vases, trays, decorative pieces and more. 🤎

Everything is 3D printed right here at Timber & Threads, and this is only the beginning!

More pieces are already in the print queue (as well as in the printers as I write this!) and will be added to the website as they’re finished, photographed and ready to go. There is LOTS more coming. ’m also working on tiered tray designs, and yes… Christmas décor is already in the works! 🎄

A little sneak peek 🤎

I’m still printing, playing with colours and adding pieces to the new home décor collection, but I couldn’t wait to share a little peek at how it’s coming together!

I’m absolutely loving the warm neutrals, earthy tones and alllll the texture. 😍

I’m hoping to have the first pieces photographed and listed tomorrow, with lots more still to come!
