This yard was a dump. A literal dumping ground. Past tenants came and left their discarded flower pots, car parts and leftover scrap wood and downed branches that never ever got cleaned up. Until I came.
The landlord said "we don't use that side" when asked if they would be cleaning it up before we would move in. I wasn't going to leave it as it was, I had to clean it up before I would let the kids play outside.
I spent over 3 months hauling junk and yard waste to the road and getting it to a condition where I was okay with it. I've raked and seeded and created an actual green space where the kids are safe to play. I can finally say I'm happy with it!
