We like to throw one wow factor in any space, even in a washroom!
The 3D wave wall tile with highly reflective metallic finish did exactly that for this

It's like you have a special mirror in your booth. Its large size reflective surface gives you a visual expansion. Slightly distorted (like water reflection) adds live visual attraction while taking a shower. The layout of the wall tiles is carefully considered for and ratio of matte surface : mirrored surface.

A deep niche for shelving got
defined and accented by a thin black trim around. The overall minimalistic and concept was achieved via thoghtful balancing between different textures. Roughness from the concrete flooring, matte white tiles, polished chrome and matte black hardware are mindfully selected and placed.

P.S. a caution: this shower space could turn into a quite romantic space 😉 Did we consider that as well? You bet! 🤭

Had a quick stop for before heading back home. Despite my feelings for all suffering businesses, I can't say I didn't enjoy no traffic on #401 🚗 97km of driving would have been otherwise 😩😫🥱

They are busy getting ready! Our final site visit was done last week. Happy to see (almost) the end of a long journey.

This project surely took longer than usual. We started the drawings in March! They had notified us with the substantial completion a week ago. 🐌 Speed of #2020

Good to see an end of the construction for their new start coming soon!

8월에 공사 허가를 받아서
10월에 공사가 마무리 되었습니다

Here I show the simplest way to make presentable display your first pothos.
1️⃣ wash and dry one small glass jar. I a yogurt jar. 😋
2️⃣ put your pothos clipping in the jar.
3️⃣ place a piece of charcoal stick. It helps to fix the plant in place
*having horticultural (wood) charcoal in water or in a pot is beneficial in many ways*
4️⃣ pour clean water to the top and place it where you would like to enjoy the green leaves 🤗
As a maintenance, all you need to do is fill up the jar!
