For our client, we designed a thoughtfully curated neutral workspace overlooking the greenery of their front yard, complete with built-in cabinetry, layered lighting, and a comfortable reading chair.

The result? A home office that feels just as intentional and beautifully designed as the rest of the home.

Downtown Toronto Condo Reveal ✨

A modern transitional condo in the heart of downtown Toronto, set within one of the city’s most historic buildings: The Merchandise Lofts

This week, we completed this stunning condo transformation alongside an incredible client we’re so honoured to have worked with. Designed by Brian, Jackie, Jeff and I, this space was thoughtfully created to feel warm, functional, liveable and elevated, while carefully curating a maximized layout and gorgeous detailing throughout.

Originally designed by Brian Gluckstein, it was incredibly important to us to preserve elements of the condo’s original character and charm. Details such as the original door handles, wooden doors, and fluted glass features were thoughtfully maintained throughout the redesign to honour the history of the space and the building itself.

One of the most rewarding parts of every project is walking through the finished space with our clients before they officially settle in. From the very beginning to the very end, we’re committed to making sure every detail feels right and every client feels cared for. Seeing their reaction is truly why we do what we do.

We can’t wait to share more from this condo project soon! Huge shoutout to Rom at TDT for always doing such an amazing job and being part of the reveal with our client.

Washing never looked so good 🌻🧺

Step inside this beautifully crafted laundry room designed to be enjoyed, not just used. We aimed to curate a bright and airy space featuring dual LG Washtower machines, perfectly positioned within built-in cabinetry and custom millwork in a light oak finish. Large windows flood the room with natural sunlight, adding to the fresh and elevated feel of the space.

Complete with a white herringbone tile backsplash, quartz countertops with a creamy ivory base and charcoal veining, and black accents carried throughout, this space blends functionality with elevated design. Safe to say, laundry day just became a little more beautiful ✨

It’s Cottage Season! ☀️🌿

Which means it’s time to refresh your cabin or cottage getaway for the season. Whether it’s through a paint, furniture, or decor refresh, here are a few easy ways to give your space that cozy-but-elevated feel while still keeping all of its charm:

1. Refresh your walls with a bright white paint colour while keeping your original wood beams or trim. It instantly brightens the space while still preserving that warm, nostalgic cottage character we all love.

2. Swap outdated textiles and patterns for softer, more modern layers. Think subtle plaids, earthy tones, cozy linen textures and timeless neutrals that still feel relaxed and inviting.

1. Don’t get rid of the vintage pieces - embrace them! Original wood tables, chairs, quilts and collected decor pieces are what give a cottage soul and personality.

The goal is to elevate the character of the space, not erase it! Design your cottage to feel warm, personal, lived-in and uniquely yours.
