اگر کھانے میں نمک زیادہ ہو جائے تو اسے کم کرنے کے لیے آپ درج ذیل پانچ ترکیبیں استعمال کر سکتے ہیں۔

آٹا یا آٹے کی گولی۔
چھوٹے آٹے کے گولے بنا کر کھانے میں ڈال دیں اور کچھ دیر پکائیں۔ آٹا اضافی نمک کو جذب کر لے گا۔

چینی یا گڑ۔
تھوڑی سی چینی یا گڑ شامل کر کے کھانے کے نمک کو متوازن کیا جا سکتا ہے، خاص طور پر اگر سالن یا دال میں نمک زیادہ ہو۔

دودھ یا کریم۔
کھانے میں دودھ یا کریم شامل کریں۔ یہ نہ صرف نمک کو کم کرے گا بلکہ کھانے کو مزید کریمی بھی بنا دے گا۔

خشک روٹی۔
خشک روٹی کا ایک ٹکڑا کھانے میں ڈال دیں اور کچھ دیر پکنے دیں۔ یہ نمک کو جذب کر لے گا۔

لیموں کا رس۔
کھانے میں تھوڑا سا لیموں کا رس ڈال دیں۔ یہ نمک کی تیزی کو کم کرنے میں مدد دے گا اور کھانے کا ذائقہ بھی بہتر ہوگا۔

یہ ترکیبیں آپ کے کھانے میں نمک کی زیادتی کو بہتر بنانے میں مدد کر سکتی ہیں۔
