Two Colourful, Festive Plates , designed by April Cornell, for Silvestri. The plates are large enough (12” x 12” & 10” x 10”), to be used as platters on a celebratory table, whether it be a holiday or a birthday party. They were manufactured in the early 2000s, and are in solid condition. Fun, light, cheerful. Can be sold separately or together, although in my opinion, they look great together.

Vintage Corning Ware Petite Casserole Dishes, in the iconic Blue Cornflower pattern. These were manufactured from 1969-72 & are in outstanding condition. Great for individual sized
leftovers, the handles make it easy to place them in & out of the oven. Eight are available, all in solid condition, without fading or chips!!!! $14 each. Three or more, $12 each. Local Montreal Delivery/Porch Pick Up.

My daughter is looking to sublet her fabulous Outremont apartment. It’s on Deacon, on the top floor of a walk up. Two generous bedrooms, one of which is currently an art studio. Back at it with my mom (and daughter!) We had so much fun at the thrift. My mom LOVES looking through the clothes & truly comes alive, reading tags, checking the quality, telling me why she doesn’t need certain things (such as a fancy dress or blazer), but also making a case why she does need other things, (such as another velour sweater.) The best outing.

From Colombo, Sri Lanka- Hand Dyed, Hand Made, Hand Woven Material- Vibrant Pure Cotton Stuffed Elephant. This one was too cute to pas up. It’s been thoroughly cleaned and is ready for its next little life! 7.25” height. Very sweet! $12

We are on the cusp of the season that re-awakens our desire for all things cozy, which includes candles, blankets, teapots & mugs, and essentially anything that adds to the enjoyment of hunkering down. (Ok, I might be a little pre-mature here) Given that I have candles all over my home but am often searching for matches, I’ve repurposed little 2” glazed ceramic shot glasses, and added a little striker on the base. How fun!!!!!!!! $10 each, matches included!!!!!!

Céramique de Beauce- Cream & Sugar. Mid Century Ceramics from Quebec. Turquoise Glaze with Orange Drip, which is a unique combination from Beauce. They are in very good condition, save for some scratches on the bottom. They’re lovely & ready for a new start! $28

We recently returned from a week visiting our daughters, and when we came home, there were minimal options in the fridge. The people still want to eat, and I was able to make pancakes because all one really needs is flour, baking powder, an egg or two, and some frozen berries or chocolate chips. How fun would it be to put the batter into an aesthetic pitcher, keep it in the fridge for a day or two , and make pancakes whenever the mood hits??
Presenting : Hazel Atlas Frosted Glass Waffle Batter Pitcher, with a painted farmhouse and rooster motif, from the 1950s! The glass part measures 8” height and holds 1 quart. The pitcher is perfectly intact, without chips, and the painted graphics are not faded. The metal slider is A-OK, but has a little friction opening and shutting. I wouldn’t put this in the dishwasher. A fabulously funky mid century piece!!!!! $37
