Layered Textures = Instant Coziness
A warm and inviting space isn’t just about color—it’s about textures! From the soft velvet sofa to the angular cut pile rug, geometric patterns, and metallic accents, every element in this living room adds depth and warmth.
The secret? Mix materials! Soft and luscious linens, cut velvets, smooth aged leather, woven raw wool. The result? A space that feels as cozy as it looks! How many layers is too many layers?!

For this Montreal-based animation and VFX studio, we crafted an in-office cinema room where lighting plays the lead role in setting the perfect ambiance. 🔥🎥
In spaces like this, lighting is not just functional—it’s experiential. Here’s how we achieved cinematic perfection:

💡 Layered Lighting: Combining adjustable ceiling lights with wall mounted fixtures ensures the perfect balance between visibility and immersion.
🌑 Dark, Matte Finishes: Walls and ceilings absorb excess light, minimizing reflections and enhancing the viewing experience.
🎛 Dimmable Controls: Adjustable settings allow for full brightness before screenings and a soft glow for safety during shows.
🔲 Accent Lighting: LED strips near the floor define the space without distracting from the screen.

The result? A comfortable, high-performance environment that enhances creativity and collaboration in a studio where visuals are everything.
