Menu item #1 Chicken - Honey glaze BBQ
My Honey glazed BBQ drum sticks are cooked with flavours of Middle East and Asia. The sauce contains a hint of chilli flavour too. I marinate my chicken overnight, then I fry it on high heat maintaining soft from the inside. I then glaze it and put it in the oven until cooked.
I'm offering 3 dollars per piece. I'm just testing this to see if it works. If anyone has any suggestions, please feel free to reach out.
