🏆 ULTIMATE Baby Back Ribs 🍖
Here is the foolproof technique for perfectly glazed, tender, and flavor-packed ribs. Fire up the grill, it's time to cook! 🔥
🛒 Ingredients
Baby back pork ribs 🥩
Mayonnaise & Kinder’s Honey Hot BBQ Sauce 🍯🌶️
Dry rub of your choice: We used BBQ Tennessee by A Spice Affair 🧂
Apple juice & Apple cider vinegar 🍎🍏
Butter (for that extra richness) 🧈
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Preparation 🔪
Take the meat out of the fridge 1 hour before cooking to bring it to room temperature.
Remove the membrane from the back (commonly known as the silver skin).
Preheat your BBQ to 250°F for indirect cooking.
2. The "Binder" & Seasoning ✨
Mix equal parts mayonnaise and Kinder’s Honey Hot BBQ sauce. Apply a thin, even layer of this mixture to both sides of the ribs (this acts as a "glue" for your spices).
Generously sprinkle your favorite dry rub over the ribs.
3. The Smoke & Spritz 💦
Mix 3/4 apple juice with 1/4 apple cider vinegar in a spray bottle.
Place the ribs on the top rack using indirect heat.
Cook for 2 1/2 hours, lightly spritzing with the juice mixture every 15 to 20 minutes to keep them moist.
4. The Wrap 🎁
After 2 hours, wrap the ribs tightly in butcher paper or aluminum foil.
The Secret: Before sealing, add 2 to 3 pats of butter and 2 tablespoons of the apple juice/vinegar mixture inside the wrap.
Put the wrapped ribs back on the BBQ (or in the oven) at 250°F for another 2 hours.
5. The Final Glaze 🍯
Unwrap the ribs and place them back on the top rack of your BBQ, still at 250°F, for one final hour.
Brush on 2 to 3 layers of Kinder’s Honey Hot BBQ sauce during this last hour to get that perfect, sticky lacquer.
✅ The Result
After this final hour, your ribs will be beautifully glazed, tender, and mouth-watering. 🤤
Enjoy! 🍴🔥
