My client was ready for a fresh start. She wanted a living room that truly reflected her personality and felt more like her.

She also wanted to make the most of the beautiful natural light coming through the bay window. So, designing the layout around this gorgeous feature just made perfect sense!

Before:
This room had never really been used as a living room. It was simply a long, empty space with a desk and an ottoman.

I love dark, moody walls, but in this case, they just weren’t working.

So much untapped potential!

The view through the French doors as you enter the living room!

A beautiful cabinet and additional seating create a warm, inviting layout that encourages conversation and gathering.

Before:
This particular long credenza just wasn’t working with the new layout.

I love reusing existing furniture whenever possible, but that doesn’t mean every piece needs to stay in the same room.

Sometimes, all a piece needs is a new purpose… a new home, or a new room!

This is exactly how a living room should feel… warm, cozy and elegant, but nothing too fancy or precious!

Comfort is key! Soft textures, swivel chairs, pops of colour and layered lighting to create that perfect ambiance.

Beautiful, inviting and meant to be lived in!



Never underestimate the power of the little details… like this beautiful bouquet of flowers.

Just the right touch to bring the whole room together and give it that perfect finishing touch! It’s all in the details.

F***e de même, j’ai eu une idée… 😜

J’avais un rideau supplémentaire et je me suis dit : pourquoi pas? Je l’ai simplement déposé sur ma tête de lit 😀

Et là… 😍 trop joli!!

Vous me connaissez, je n’ai pas peur de mélanger les couleurs, les imprimés et les textures. C’est ce que j’aime : il n’y a rien de « matchy-matchy ». C’est inattendu, et pourtant, l’harmonie est là.

Styling is my game!!
Créer, essayer, déplacer, superposer… et surtout, oser.

Crazy as I am, I had an idea… 😜

I had an extra curtain and thought: why not? I simply draped it over my headboard.

And then… 😍

You know me, I’m not afraid to mix colors, patterns, and textures.

That’s what I love: there’s nothing “matchy-matchy” about it. It’s unexpected, and yet, the harmony is there.

No need to change everything or buy anything new. Sometimes, all it takes is looking at what you already have in a different way.

Life without flowers is impossible.

Dahlia season is one of those little reminders to slow down and enjoy what’s right in front of us.

The colours. The imperfect shapes. The abundance.

Maybe that’s what I love most about getting older, learning to really notice the beauty of the season we’re in.

In flowers… and in life. Enjoy the season. It won’t last forever.

This is what midlife is all about.

Turning 59 soon, and this trip to British Columbia is about so much more than discovering breathtaking landscapes.

It’s about saying yes to adventure.
Pushing myself.
Trying new things.
Feeling strong, alive and completely present.

Because getting older doesn’t mean slowing down.
It means knowing yourself, choosing what brings you joy, and having the courage to keep exploring.

59 is just around the corner… and I’m not slowing down. I’m going.

A little flower love from June to August.

At home and in my clients’ spaces, flowers are always changing… and always bringing that organic touch and a little bit of beauty.

Summer, I’m not quite ready to let you go.
But don’t you worry… fall flowers are coming.

Les fleurs ont encore une fois trouvé leur place un peu partout toute la saison!

À la maison comme chez mes clients, les fleurs changent constamment… mais elles apportent toujours cette petite touche organique et vivante que j’aime tant.

Je ne suis pas encore prête à dire bye-bye à l’été, mais no worries, les fleurs d’automne s’en viennent!

AND REMEMBER; a home doesn’t need to be perfect… it just needs to feel welcoming!
