La firme Vives St-Laurent, en collaboration avec Construction Modulor, signe la rénovation de la résidence Wood, un projet ancré dans le tissu architectural de Westmount. L’intervention propose une relecture sensible de l’existant, mettant en valeur les composantes d’origine tout en les adaptant aux besoins contemporains.
En conservant l’organisation typique des espaces et certains éléments structurants, le projet s’articule autour d’un équilibre entre héritage et modernité.
