It was founded by three brothers in 1946, and they named it after the Royal Canadian Air Force’s Commonwealth Flying Squadron, where one of them had served during World War II. In the early 1980s, the company began U.S distribution and manufacturing in Montreal and upstate New York. It now works with manufacturing partners in China, India, Pakistan, Turkey, and South America to produce products like fabric window curtains, shower curtains, and pillows.
