I am pretty much convinced that City of Moose Jaw has zero regards for business of Moose Jaw. I understand that the services have to be completed. The city allows the contractor to come on a Friday to dig up the street and it will sit till who knows when. To allow them to do zero work on the last Saturday before Xmas for a paint shop, computer store and pet supply store. Unexceptable from a business stand point. Holidays
The city manager and the entire engineer department should truly enroll in a beginners business class.
