Tonight we had the opportunity to pay our respects to Mike and Jenna as the procession rolled through Morell. Communities from St. John through to Souris came together to honor them on their way back home to PEI. ❤ They were transporting a patient, Anne, when their ambulance was hit head on by a transport truck just over in NB.
It's a sad and sobering experience to witness, but also a feeling of pride that so many took time to pay their respects. Another reminder that life is so short. If you are thinking of making a change in life, don't wait because you never know what tomorrow brings.
