Tried something a little different with a leaf board this year.

Epoxy will discolour... eventually. Adding some colour can make a huge difference, so that's what we did here.

What do you think?

All leaves are sourced and dried locally, here in Muskoka.

This piece is art... with a message.

When I finished it and brought it inside to show my family, my kids got excited and yelled out, "That's what you say to us!"

And ya. It is. Every day, usually at the bus stop before school.

I think this is what it all boils down to.

Be kind.
Not just nice and not just polite - kind.

Try your best.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it doesnt even have to be good. But it needs to be your best. You can be proud of your effort.

This special piece is made with maple. It has engraved and epoxy-filled lettering with 3D carved Muskoka chair and leaves. Hand painted.

This set is the final product of the reel I posted the other day!

The epoxy settled in a kind of weird way, so to finish it smooth, straight, even etc etc... I cut it in two and finished them separately to create a perfect little set.

Sometimes, you want a small charcuterie board! Sometimes, you need two smaller, matching charcuterie boards.

The board in the third and fourth pictures is 10"x18" and available now!
